传感器在智能电网行业的应用和重要性

  传感器的典型应用就是在电力行业对于感知电网、采集电网运行参数、获取设备运行状态及保护电力系统的稳定运行等方面开展了大量的研究,对于电力系统中重要的设备和系统提出了有效可行的传感器应用解决方案。

  传感器在电网中应用主要集中在变电站自动化、电力设备状态监测及光缆电缆线路故障监测和定位等方面。电压电流互感器及测量单元是典型的电磁型传感器,主要利用ROGOWSKI线圈实现高电压大电流的测量;在电厂、电站主要使用电阻应变式传感器、热电式传感器和流量传感器等,实现发电机过热监测与诊断等。

  在输变电领域主要使用温湿度传感器、拉力传感器、三维加速度传感器、风速传感器及振动传感器等实现线路状态测量;在变电站系统里主要使用磁电式传感器、温度传感器、电压传感器及液位传感器等实现变压器油量测量、铁心温度测量,合、分闸线圈电流监测等。

  光纤传感器目前国内外都已经开发出实现电流测量的系列化设备,可用于500kV及以下电压等级、35kA电流范围电网的参量测量。光纤传感器在高压输电网故障诊断上也有应用。随着光纤传感技术发展,利用分布式光纤传感技术可以实现位移、应力、应变及温度等物理量的测量,在电网的发电机组、大型变压器及开关设备等状态监测上都有应用。
