如果散热风扇在工作的过程中噪音过大，可能是以下几个原因：

　　If the noise of the cooling fan is too loud during operation, it may be caused by the following reasons:

　　1、风扇的固定是否牢固?如果紧固件不能紧密结合设备的话，风扇高速运转时产生的振动，就会在固定板和风扇之间，反复碰撞会产生很大噪音。

　　1. Is the fan fixed firmly? If the fasteners can not be tightly combined with the equipment, the vibration generated by the fan running at high speed will be between the fixed plate and the fan, and repeated collisions will produce a lot of noise.

　　解决办法：在风扇和固定板之间加上塑胶或者橡皮的垫圈，即结合紧密，又对风扇运转中的振动起到缓冲作用。

　　Solution: add a plastic or rubber gasket between the fan and the fixed plate, that is, it is tightly combined, and has a buffer effect on the vibration of the fan during operation.

　　2、风扇使用环境的灰尘是否大?如果风扇的轴心里，渗人了灰尘，会使扇叶转动时，由于磨擦系数加大，噪音就会加大。

　　2. Is the dust in the fan operating environment large? If the dust is infiltrated into the center of the fan shaft, the noise will increase due to the increase of friction coefficient when the fan blade rotates.

　　解决办法：把风扇暴露在箱外的部分，加上防尘网。目前有两大类防尘网可供选择：塑胶三合一防尘网和金属防尘网。

　　Solution: the fan exposed to the outside of the box, plus dust screen. At present, there are two types of dust screen to choose from: plastic three in one dust screen and metal dust screen.

　　推荐用金属防尘网，既能防止灰尘，也能对异物意外的插入起到强力防护作用，特别是在温度较高时，金属防尘网不会变形。

　　It is recommended to use metal dust screen, which can not only prevent dust, but also play a strong protective role against accidental insertion of foreign matters, especially when the temperature is high, the metal dust screen will not deform.

　　所有的防尘网都必须定时清洁上面的灰尘异物，避免堵住风扇的出风口或者入风口。

　　3、风扇使用环境的温度是否高于75℃？如果当初采购的是含油轴承的风扇，而风扇环境温度长期高于75℃，那么不出三个月，风扇轴承中的油就会被烤干蒸发，由于失去了润滑，磨擦系数加大，风扇的噪音就会很大，扇叶甚至停止转动。

　　3. Is the temperature of fan environment higher than 75 ℃? If the fan with oil bearing was purchased, and the fan ambient temperature was higher than 75 ℃ for a long time, the oil in the fan bearing would be dried and evaporated in less than three months. Due to the loss of lubrication and the increase of friction coefficient, the noise of the fan would be very loud, and the fan blade would even stop rotating.

　　解决办法：一般来说，0---75度的工作温度选用含油轴承风扇;75--130度或者零下30度--0度之间选用双滚珠轴承风扇。通常来说，含油风扇比双滚珠风扇噪音小，经济便宜。而双滚珠风扇比含油风扇风量大，使用寿命长。

　　Solution: Generally speaking, the oil bearing fan is selected for the working temperature of 0-75 degrees; the double ball bearing fan is selected between 75-130 degrees or minus 30 degrees to 0 degrees. Generally speaking, oil fan is less noise and cheaper than double ball fan. The double ball fan has larger air volume and longer service life than oil fan.

　　当然散热风扇发出噪音，不一定都是风扇质量的问题，也有可能是风扇的转轴润滑效果不行，或者是散热风扇没有被正确安装好，如果是这样的话，我们重新给风扇定位或者给风扇的转轴加上一些润滑剂，以保证其润滑效果良好。

　　Of course, the noise emitted by the cooling fan is not necessarily due to the quality of the fan. It may also be that the lubrication effect of the fan shaft is not good, or the cooling fan is not properly installed.
