The installation of terminal block in electric control cabinet shall meet the following requirements:
The terminal block has no damage, is fixed firmly and has good insulation.
The terminal shall have serial number, and the terminal block shall be easy to replace and connect.
When the circuit voltage exceeds 400V, the terminal board shall be adequately insulated and painted with red mark.
The strong and weak current terminals should be arranged separately; there should be obvious signs and the empty terminals should be separated or the partition board with strengthened insulation should be set.
An empty terminal should be used to separate the positive and negative power sources as well as between the frequently charged positive power supply and the closing or tripping circuit.
The current circuit shall pass through the test terminal, and other circuits to be disconnected shall pass through the special terminal or test terminal. The test terminals should be in good contact.
Moisture proof terminals should be used in humid environment.
The connection terminal shall match the conductor cross section, and the small terminal shall not be used with the large cross-section conductor.
The connectors shall be made of copper products, and the insulating parts shall be made of self extinguishing flame retardant materials.
The number, name, purpose and operation position of each electrical appliance and terminal plate shall be clearly marked, neat and not easy to be discolored.
The circuit wiring in the electric control cabinet shall meet the following requirements:
The construction shall be carried out according to the drawing and the wiring shall be correct.
Bolt connection, plug connection, or crimping connection shall be adopted between the conductor and electrical components, which hall be firm and reliable.
There should be no joint for the conductor in the electric control cabinet, and the core wire of the conductor should be free from damage.

The end of the cable core and the conductor shall be marked with its loop number, which shall be correct, clear and not easy to decolorize.
The wiring shall be neat, clear and beautiful, and the conductor insulation shall be good without damage.
Each side of each terminal should be connected with 1 wire or more than 2 wires. For plug-in terminals, two conductors with different cross sections shall not be connected to the same terminal; for bolted terminals, when connecting two conductors, flat gasket shall be added in the middle.
Special bolts shall be set for circuit grounding.
The power distribution circuit adopts copper core insulated conductor with voltage not less than 500V. Under the condition of meeting the current carrying capacity, voltage drop and sufficient mechanical strength, the power distribution circuit can adopt no less than 0. Insulated conductor with a cross-section of 5mm2.
