  工业自动化程度越来越高加上工业控制的要求越来越严格,接线端子种类也越来越多,包括栅栏式、插拔式、轨道安装式等多种,快来看看接线端子种类有哪些?

接线端子

  1、栅栏式

  能够实现安全、可靠、有效的连接,特别是在大电流,高电压的使用环境中应用比较广泛。

  2、插拔式

  H型穿墙式接线端子可并排安装在为1mm到10mm等厚度的面板上,可自动补偿调整面板厚度的距离,组成任意极数的端子排,而且可以使用隔离板来增加空气间隙和爬电距离。不需要任何工具便可将穿墙式接线端子牢固的安装在面板上矩形预留孔里,安装极其方便。

  8、保险端子

  全铜接线端子可避免钢制金属件和铜导线在潮湿的环境下的电池效应。端子中间有连接孔,可中心连接也可用边插式连接件连接;可接4mm2导线电压为800V电流为41A的电器产品。

  9、试验端子

  起开关作用的滑动金属件能通过端子压线框能承受最大的工作电流,切换时用螺丝刀松开螺丝,移动滑块就行,开关位置就一目了然;其两端设有测试插座,配用相应的测试端头就可以进行连接测试,测量电流时可不中断操作。可接电压为660V电流为57A的控制回路。

  10、UK通用型(UK接线端子)

  颜色为灰色,可安装在U型或G型轨上,双层型接线端子具有通用型端子在相同的位置上两倍的接线容量,其上下两层在设计上错开了2.5mm的空间,不仅在视觉上条理分明,同时在上层接线的情况下,螺丝刀能在下层区域内很方便的接线作业,且标识清晰。
