接线端子装配过程的原理及注意要点

  接线端子在整个装配过程中,必须经得起预热区的高温以及通过波峰焊接传导至端子本体的温度。焊剂不得影响端子,必须易于清除,不能有任何残留物,整个装配过程必须可以用水清洗,预热温度常常达到100°C或更高,波峰温度达到280°C也并不少见。
