五个维度分析接线端子要镀金的原因

  在使用接线端子的时候不难发现,大多数端子线的接线端子,端子都要作表面镀金处理,主要从以下五个方面来说:

  When using terminal blocks, it is not difficult to find that most of the terminals of terminal lines should be gold-plated on the surface, mainly from the following five aspects:

接线端子

  一、保护接线端子簧片基材不受腐蚀;多数端子线接线端子簧片是铜合金制作的,通常会在使用环境中腐蚀,如氧化、硫化等。端子电镀就是让簧片与环境隔离,防止腐蚀的发生。电镀的材料,当然要是不会腐蚀的,至少在应用环境中如此。

  1、 Protect the base material of terminal spring from corrosion; most terminal wire terminal spring is made of copper alloy, which is usually corroded in the use environment, such as oxidation, vulcanization, etc. Terminal plating is to make the reed isolated from the environment to prevent corrosion. Electroplated materials, of course, are corrosion resistant, at least in the application environment.

  二、优化接线端子表面的性能,建立和保持端子间的接触界面,特别是膜层控制。换句话说,使之更容易实现金属对金属的接触。

  2、 Optimize the performance of terminal surface, establish and maintain the contact interface between terminals, especially film control. In other words, it makes metal to metal contact easier.

  三、增加接线端子强电镀附着性(如铜)对于附着性较差的金属,电镀前通常要打铜底用以增强附着性。

  3、 For the metal with poor adhesion, it is usually necessary to lay a copper bottom before electroplating to enhance the adhesion.

  四、增强接线端子的导电能力(如金,银)原素材如铁,磷铜的导电率通常都在20%以下,对于低阻抗要求的连接器无法满足要求,故在表层电镀金等高导电率金属后可降低其阻抗。

  4、 The conductivity of raw materials such as iron and phosphorus copper is usually less than 20%. For connectors with low impedance requirements, the impedance can be reduced after plating high conductivity metals such as gold on the surface.

  五、提高接线端子的焊锡性(如锡,金等)原因素材对于锡的附着力较差,表面电镀一定厚度的金等物质后可改善零件的焊锡性。

  5、 To improve the solderability of terminals (such as tin, gold, etc.), the adhesion of materials to tin is poor, and the solderability of parts can be improved by electroplating a certain thickness of gold and other substances on the surface.

  接线端子的日常保养也很重要,作业人员每天必须清洁机器,除去机器表面的灰尘和杂物以及多余的油污,端子机冲压导向轨必须1小时加一次机油润滑加油孔在端子机顶部,每次加油以2-3滴为宜不要过多。

  The daily maintenance of the terminal is also very important. The operator must clean the machine every day to remove the dust, debris and excess oil on the surface of the machine. The stamping guide rail of the terminal machine must be lubricated with oil once an hour. The oil filling hole should be placed on the top of the terminal. It is advisable to add 2-3 drops of oil each time, and not too much.
